As an optometrist, I am sometimes asked in the consulting room whether peoples eye are ‘generally the same’.
This got me thinking about the number of different lenses we use to examine peoples eyes and and the possibility that each pair truly is unique.
So if we consider the possible combinations.
Therefore, we can calculate the odds of a spectacle or goggle prescription being unique at nearly 1 in 15,000,000 (160x32x180x8x2).
This may not be 100% statistically or scientifically accurate, but it gives a good feel for just how individual your eyes are.
But I am sure you all knew you were unique already.
When a new swimming season comes around there is often a need to focus and with Sutton Swimwear® we want to help you Deter the Blur®.
So we hit the pool to create some new lifestyle and action images.
It's that time of year when we all look to make New Year's resolutions, but instead of something for the New Year, we prefer a plan for the year!
We came away with two 'gongs': GOLD in the Best New Lip Product category for our Eye Care Cosmetics Nourishing lip balm; and HIGHLY COMMENDED in the Best New Eye or Brows Product category for our Eye Care Cosmetics Intense mascara.
“As an optometrist and regular swimmer, I enjoy sourcing a wide range of goggles and masks to help you see well in the pool, sea or spa.”
